  Friendly fast delicious, open pretty late for dinner. Had steak and potato with a salad and a beer. Great house steak seasoning! Classic small town restaurant. Super glad we stopped here on our way across country!

  In the middle of the road on this one. The burgers are what you'd expect of a ma & pa type joint(onion rings are well done though). Service needs a little work. What puts me on the fence is that it's kind of an icon here-- gotta eat there once just to say you have. In jest we have named it the pickle palace--it's not overly clean or fast or inexpensive for a like meal closer to civilization. But it's pickles. Take a chance on this one.

  With the new kitchen, the burgers are fantastic! I got the atomic burger and a maple milkshake and both were great. If I lived around here, I would be a regular.

  Great food, quick friendly service, easy access from the road. Not many vegetarian choices. Updated kitchen with ability to now charbroil.
